Ruckin's dbol/test/eq log

I don't know ruck I think hgh is for the older folk in my opinion we are young and still got that good growth hormone in us. I'm kinda cheap that's why I say this lol cause even at 180 per 36iu and if you did just a wellness dose of 2iu that's 10 bucks a day or performing enhancement dose of 4iu is like 20 smackers a day! If you can finically afford it then I guess it's better then buying a pack of ciggerettes but don't scrape the bottom of the barrel for that
I wouldn't use it for a while.You're right about us still having good gh production at this age. I'd only buy it when/if I have extra funds to spare so that might be a while anyway.

I'm trying to reach an elite level of performance though so if it helps me get there than I have to do what I have to do. I have a lot more research to do on it though before I decide to use it. Probaby won't be for at least another 2-3 years.

Edit: i'm not gonna use it til I feel like I have to. So who knows, maybe it'll never come to that point and aas will be all I'll ever need to reach my goals.

I do agree if you are a bit of a different case for it being so close to becoming elite if it pushes you to that point great or to help you recover from injury faster would probably be a plus for your sport

On side note, I guess today is technically the last day of my blast, as tomorrow will be my first pin with without eq. I'm headed to my gym now and afterwards I'll calculate my projected maxes and compare to my numbers from pre-blast. I'll take body part measurements tomorrow morning too.

Last workout on blast went well! Huge PR on my push press. First time I've ever had 265 on the bar and I got that extra rep too. Bench felt good also. I'm pretty confident I can get 405 if I wanted to attempt it as a max, I know I can get 315 for at least 8 if I'm fresh.

By the way for those of you aren't following the challenge thread, I failed the 10k cal challenge. I might have to take on the dozen doughnut challenge in the near future to make up for it. I haven't tried that one in a couple years...

I'm headed to the gym in an hour or two, gonna be squatting with 4 plates so I'm pretty excited for that.

So I figure I'll keep updating this log for the next couple weeks while there's still some eq in my system, and after that I guess this log will be over. Maybe I'll make a new one for my next blast with test, tren and dbol (undecided if I want to add eq and extend it from 8 to 16 weeks yet).

Power cleans still feeling great. This has been a nice trend that I've been experiencing ever since I stopped doing deads a couple weeks ago due to a minor injury. About my push press, idk what happened on my third set. I guess I just lost focus and failed the 5th rep, but I was able to get all 5 on the last set, so that was somewhat encouraging. As you all may or may not have noticed, I lowered the volume for bench to 3x5. I think I'm gonna start cutting sooner than planned so I'll be lowering volume a little on everything to help recovery and so I can keep adding weight to the bar for the time being. I'll be doing 3x5 for most of my lifts for now. I'm hoping to start doing deads again soon. My back has been feeling good.
 
Just woke up and took my post-shit, pre-breakfast measurements.

Weight: 245
Arms: 16.5"
Forearms: 13.25"
Thighs: 27.5"
Calves: 17.25"
Chest: 46"
Hips (measured around the fattest part of my love handles and belly): 38.5" (still fit in the same pants though so its not as much fat gain as this might sound)

I wear size 36 pants very comfortably so we'll see if that changes. I usually just guage fat loss/gain by the mirror and what notch in my belt I'm using.
I'm gonna start cutting today. I have so much stressful, emotional shit going on in my life right now. Everything's just coming down on me all at once. This is definitely one of the tougher times in my life... But the point is I have zero appetite when I'm upset, and I don't anticipate my emotional state getting much better in the immediate future so I figure I might as well take advantage of the extreme lack of appetite I'll have for a while. I took end-of-cycle measurements this morning post-bathroom.

Weight: 265 (+20)
Arms: 17.5" (+1")
Forearms: 13.5" (+0.25)
Thighs: 29" (+1.5)

Got a little fatter but got a lot bigger and stronger too so this was a successful blast in my eyes. I'm gonna start clen in a couple weeks and hopefully I see all of you in my next log. thanks brother. I'm sure everything will be fine eventually, it's just getting through the heartache and other stuff that's going to be tough. But it will all pass with time.
 
Things will get better with time. Sounds corny, but positive thinking really works. I've been through some really dark times in life and keeping a sense of humor and trying to see the positive got me through them. I've done plenty being depressed and dwelling on the negative, too. The first option is infinitely better as hard as it is to do sometimes. Good luck and I'm looking forward to your next log. If you ever need anything I'm a PM away.
