Running orals while on accutane, bad idea?

Was originally planning on finishing my current cycle with 4-6 weeks of var, but I was recently put on accutane. My liver values were mildly elevated after my last blood draw, but I have since reduced my accutane dosage from 40mg to 30mg. Just wondering if anyone has run any orals while on accutane, or if it should be avoided at all costs?

I think it's a bad idea man...not worth the risk, bro. I'm pretty sure that acne med is toxic to the liver...don't want to add to that toxicity. Just wait, brosky...

Yeah I pretty much knew the answer already. Gonna hold off, I mean I'm already running test and EQ, might as well see what this stack does for me before I start throwing in more shit lol.

Yeah it should be avoided at all costs, Roaccuatene is highly toxic and you wouldnt want to get even more toxic with tablet steroids.

At 20 mg accutane didn't raise my liver enzymes at all. I ran var with it and mine were still within range.

That's not to say yours will be though. I seem to have a pretty resilient liver.

Personally I think the liver toxicity aspect of orals is one of the lesser side effects. If your liver is healthy, it should recover pretty quickly once you drop them.

The worst is cholesterol imo. My HDL tanks almost immediately and takes months to get it back in acceptable range.

I think most MDs will take routine bloods while prescribing Accutane just because of how liver toxic it is. I'd just go with injectables.
