Running shoes for a fatboy?

Those are the exact ones that I have. They’re pretty hard to find on sale.

I’ve heard good things about Hokas as @muscletrain recommended, but I’ve never ran in them.

I’m 225, had used Brooks Beast going on 10 years but they’ve changed the shoe 3 times in 5 years. The salesman claimed Brooks has moved the Beast more towards a walking shoe, not sure how true that is but he recommended Brooks Transcends for the big girls, 3 months in no issues, feel great.

Any guys here run off road?

Usually I hike with a ruck, wearing boots. Looking to pick up the pace a bit this year and start covering terrain with a bit more speed and weight. 1 mile sprints AM un weighted. A few kms PM weighted.

Thinking of these. Another suggestions?
