Rynos cut cycle( im back bitches)

Here it is... been out of the loop for a bit.. just busy .. got married and finished a bulk cycle last month... tbh, it went well but igsined a lot of water and some fat.. i guess u could call it a dirty bulk....

Now its time to cut... actually started 2 weeks ago... 600 a week sustanon and 700 a week comp-th
Split is .30 ml sust and 1ml comp ed...
Started off a little slow, wasnt feeling sides from tren... took about 10 days and now im fucking dying... cant breath during workouts, weird fucking dreams and horrible night sweats... i wake up every hour sweating, throw off blankets and then wake up freezing...

Ive dropped 9 lbs in 2 weeks, mostly water i think...
Diet is on point for cut, 2200 cals but trying to keep protein above 180 grams... very difficult but im doing it... hungry all the time...
Goal is a lean 200 but im guessing ill be closer to 195 when all is said and done..

Curious to hear from some of you guys who have used sust as this is my first run with it... im curious if im running it to high
Sex drive and agression are theough the roof

Welcome back man and congrats on your marriage... sorry I have nothing to add for your cycle for we both know you could school me... I will say that if the sides get too unbearable then don't forget to try upping your tren and dropping the test to a weekly trt dose of around 200. The last time I ran tren this helped with the sides tremendously for me... just a thought bro wait, your using Sust so that could change everything... never mind

Lol.... thanks brother... im running the tren about as high as i can without turning in to american psycho...
And ya thats my problem... not really sure how to judge the sust... wanna keep the test low and tren high.. but with this sust its basically 4 different esters so i dont know exactly how to run it...

Yeah, I was like, wait he's using Sust...I have no clue how that would work with the tren... maybe base the dose off the highest mg and longest ester of the Sust to your tren ratio? I'm just thinking out loud here... I know the prop in it is very little and the fastest acting.... I'm sure others will chime in soon
 
Sustanon is an amazing drug.

Don't worry about ED pins for Sustanon Ryno, you will see probably better results with less frequent pins but with larger (semi-frequent) spikes.

On my last blast I ran Sustanon and pinned Monday Wednesday Friday (1cc 3x a week) alongside Deca and I felt fucking great.

600mg is a good dose for the Sust to do a lot of work on its own, just don't do ED pins with it. 3x a week is more than enough, let the big spikes of the short esters do the work and let the 100mg of the long ester in it keep you feeling good the whole week.

On a cruise I run 1cc of Sust once a week and I feel fantastic and can still make steady progress because of the spikes in TT. Besides, I don't want my test that high 24/7 on a cruise anyway so it works great for that purpose also.

If you want to go the low test route than just take 1cc of Sust a week or something easy you don't have to worry about, the Sust dosage you have now isn't a low test / high tren setup, it's moderate test and moderate tren (which is still pretty good).

Thanks for the input... thats what ibwas looking for... obviously my goal is low test high tren, but id been running test e for so long, i decided to try something different... what do u think about half cc e3d? Im not sure i want to drop it all the way down to 1x a week.. honestly i would be more concerned about my sex drive dropping off at that dose, especially 4 or 5 days in when the shorter esters are falling off...
 
Today is leg day... fuxkin hate leg day
.... took advice and am now pinning the sust e3d.. so far i feel fine... i may consider going back to test e here pretty quick... really dont see the point in all the shorter esters if im trying to keep the test low and stable...
 
My problem right now is my lower back.... dont know if its old age or what.... after this last deca run i got some lower back fat and i cant seem to get rid of it.... its not a lot but i notice it and ita fucking pissing me off.... im wondering if adding a little clen to the mix might help....
Diet is on point... no sugar , very little if any fried food... tons of chicken, eggs, and salad..

I got low back issues myself so trying to master front squats and it is taking a bit to get the form down pat. Hex bar deads seem to be not so bad either. Did you try those?

Also the worst place for me to have fat is on my ass lol.

Been hitting a lot of romanian deads but just slow... its dropping, it just seems like the deca and diet really put it on me this time...

I should try Romanians too, will have to check out some vids on the proper form for that exercise. Good to see you getting that problem licked :)
 
Pretty simple... basically just using your lower back vs legs... lighter weight obviously...
Ahh that's right..something like a stiff legged deadlift am I correct? I should do more of those to help build the lower back muscles without putting undue strain on the lower spine.

Yes thats correct... but imo, everything about it is dangerous... gotta be carefull with them...

Right, as the back rather than legs is taking the load so definitely lighter weight. I'd perhaps start with 135lbs.
