No problem brother, really easy. Slight bend at knees, keep back straight, slow and controlled let the bar travel downwards, keep it very close to your body on the descent, almost touching you, until you are comfortable with the stretch in the hammies, then back up and repeat. After a few sessions it will be second nature and you'll have a sweet leg bicep.

Thanks will give this a try my next leg day and to get the technique down I will use just the bar. Sounds like a good alternative to deads if done just right.
 
I am trying to get my hammys bigger. I fouynd my squat technique was off. Now I feel it more in the hammy. But I also was doing laying hammy curls. Getting to the point. Is RDL really worth geting into for the hamstring development.
 
Been hitting a lot of romanian deads but just slow... its dropping, it just seems like the deca and diet really put it on me this time...
Same bro. I got a little fat around my pecs from my deca run last year. I got fuckn huge but didn't do a pct or cruise. Then I got injured, got surgery and was out 3 months. I'm back in and back on as of 2 weeks ago and I'm running test and tren just like you are. Bout to ad var too. I'm also looking into clen. I'm thinking I mite start a log in this forum cuz I'm about to ad mast. I got 4 bottles but loaned them to a close friend. Next week he's paying them back so I'll be ready for mast. Are you doing cardio? I'm really liking the fact that my appetite is down now, makes it a little easier to clean up this mess I call a physique:)

Absolutely. They are cash money. One of cutlers faves, and he had/has the best hammies in the biz... Also very effective for glutes. Gives you that solid round ass.

Once i drop the tren and go to mast /winny... ill be hitting the cardio hard

lol! It's been a while since I did any either. The workouts I do seem to keep me fired up and burning fat. I'm gonna let the tren do some work and closer to summer do some more "active" stuff. I'm also considering clen. However albuteral would probably work just as well with less sides...
