S.a.p.

Thank you for speaking normally to me, Its very much appreciated!! Where would you like me to post these pics, I am unfamiliar with where to do this. I use 5 different filters and run my oil through them to remove all contaminants from my oils. And yes I autoclave the filters after each batch I make because I work in a hospital setting where I do have access to this machinery.

Why 5 filters? Because I think there are 3 sizes that would do just fine from large particulate to sterile. Or do you use several of the same size? I'm kinda lost on this.

You autoclave your filters? They aren't PTFE then because they would melt... What material are they? And why wouldn't you just replace the filters after each batch because they aren't that expensive...?

Isn't most sterilization done outside of the actual hospital these days? And aren't hospitals known to have the absolute worst bacteria strains because of the abundant sanitation?

Just trying to learn here. Please enlighten me.

They are made from stainless steel and yes they are different sizes. Also each autoclave is ran and tested with a biological indicator each and every morning and logged to ensure no spore or (bacteria) are alive. The filters are ran at 275 degrees for 10mins. The vials I order are also sterile, the only non sterile item used to produce my product are the glass beakers which are steamed cleaned after each use.

^^^ sounds like bs. There's no way you take your gear brewing materials to a fucking hospital to sterilize them. Even if its only the filters. Get real bro

If you order sterile vials, they come sealed. How do you get the gear in there. There would have to be a pinhole in the stopper..... Or the vials aren't sterile. Hmmm. I'll go with not sterile.
