S4 and GW 501516 Female Cycle Log

Hey All,

I will be cycling S4 at 50mg a day and GW at 20 mg a day for 8 weeks, possibly up to 12 if side effects aren't too much to handle from S4. I am new to the world of PEDs but have been lifting seriously for years and have dialed in the diet the past year or so. Would like to take myself to the next level without getting into steroids just yet.

Recently changed my macros to be lower carb to help cut some of the stubborn fat. Regular daily macros on my cut of ~2100 kcal per day are 158c/210p/70f. I'm an endomorph who does best weight loss-wise by cutting carbs down, but energy levels during workouts are suffering. Currently on a refeed every 2 weeks or so, but may need to start doing so once a week. Hoping that the cycle will help keep energy levels up and lean mass on while cutting.

I do not have current stats, but will post when I measure next. 5'7 female, around 180lbs at ~20% body fat. Strong lower build with fairly defined upper build, though i certainly struggle to put on muscle on my top half. Currently nursing a rotator cuff injury and bilateral tendonosis in my elbows. Photo attached is current build as of about 1 week ago.

Took first dose of S4 today - the GW hasn't arrived in the mail yet, but will stack together once it does. Hoping for minimal vision side effects as I live in Alaska and we are entering our dark season! Will keep posted.

Be careful driving at night on S4. It will very likely affect your night vision. You'll probably start noticing a yellow tint in your vision at first, especially around fluorescent lights.

Very nice! And yes careful with night vision. I also researched this but never ment with it. Good luck and keep us updated!! Great legs!
 
Current shape as of this AM in attached image. Have completed three days of S4 dosing, still haven't received GW in mail. No changes as of yet. Started to freak myself out a little after over-reading different forums regarding the company I chose. Reached out to the research chem company and he seemed happy to help if I end up feeling like it wasn't a good item. Just wish I knew what was actually in this stuff. He offered to send me the lab testing when he gets it back for the SARMs, but am curious on if this is something he can just make up or if from a legit lab. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Carb cycling works wonders as well. That way you don't have to stay on the long stretches of low carbs and depleted energy suffering. If you aren't familiar with it, I'd give it a shot And research it.

I've read good things about them. I used pepbridge in past and I think they are now usapeptides. They unfortunately don't deliver to my area anymore.
 
Have you been natty up till now?
Yes. I take an ECA stack every now and then, but in terms of performance enhancers, none. I'm a former hockey player so have always had a good muscle base, and I put it on much more easily than most other women.

Thanks, I've started reading more about it and will likely try it out. I did a refeed on Saturday and have felt better thus far, but I think long-term, it is going to be more beneficial to cycle. I just have a hard time setting up a plan since I often change the days I lift due to soreness and pains. Perhaps I am over-training, but it's just so darn addictive!

Well from looks of it your don't need anything. But if your looking to a few other females here have some nice logs going and also some good info in there. You have a great base.
 
I picked up some GW from CBL. Can you take GW with food or are you supposed to take it on an empty stomach?
 
Good start to your log... would love to hear an update how it went... since it's a month later already...

As for diet, if you increase your good fats on those lower carb days, it will help you with energy and you will feel great!

And the SARMS thing, I tried a couple of the common ones (Osta, Cardarine and S4) and I really don't like anything about them. More sides than what you get result wise... so very curious what happened to you...

I think if you are venturing into the dark side, low dose of var would do you much more with your ECA stack.
