A regular, moderate exercise can provide benefits to your immune system. But what if because of bit carelessness you get health trouble at place of exercise or training.. Worst.. It is important to follow proper Skin Infections Guideline For Athletes. . How do you deals with bacteria and viruses we may come in contact with at GYM..

Thats why I always wear a condom when I work out[:o)] so no herp
but then again I lift the weight I don't fuck it.
All serious though, my buddy did get staff inf but he's a mma freak & trains outs his garage and doesn't bleach mats so it was inevitable.
 
If you ask me, working out at a gym makes you less likely to get sick because you've already been exposed to stuff and developed an immunity. Think of how many people grab the same weights u touch
