Is geometric dilution by tritutration not sufficient in your eyes? This is what I always used in lab environments and it worked well enough, but I am open to suggestions.

Not in the slightest man. How are you supposed to make even small batches this way? Say 10 bottles worth at a time. It’s unrealistic.

You need a v blender or something that mimics the process, period.

I don’t even understand the mortal and pestle comments, this method has zero place in anywhere but a personal recipe.

About Me:

I'm Dragon from Saiyan Labs. I have a few years of experience working in laboratory settings under the supervision of extremely experienced Chemists, and have recently shifted my focus towards brewing "workout supplements".

I'm here to hopefully survive the shark attack and offer competitive prices on quality gear, with good customer service to match.

This is a one person operation. I have a phone dedicated to receiving emails from tuta/protonmail. I will do my absolute best to get back to you as soon as possible, however I am a human being that requires sleep (for now). If you message me in the middle of the night it may or may not take me a few hours to reply depending on how much Tren I am running. I aim to offer quality gear at affordable prices, while being completely transparent.

Compared to other sources I may have a limited selection. While saying that I would like to put out that I am not necessarily interested in expanding as quickly as I can. I've seen multiple sources get a good start and then attempt to expand too rapidly, adding too many exotic compounds or too many variations on items. We still need to eat, fuck, sleep, fuck, excersise, fuck, and fuck more. I honestly believe many sources started off with good intentions, but quickly overwhelmed themselves by spreading thin, and ghosted many customers due to the pressure. I'd like to avoid this, so for a while I may not be your one stop shop if you are an advanced user, but hopefully after the vetting and in the future I can be the reliable source when it comes to the foundational items that every lifter needs.


BREWING:

All glassware is cleaned after usage. After a brew I will gather all glassware used and rinse with soap and water. I'll then use a paper towel soaked in acetone to clean it the best I can by hand. Warm concentrated alconox will be poured into glassware and will sit for a few minutes while I prep materials for the next brew or watch some Netflix. I'll then scrub it with a brush and do a final rinse with DI water. If everything has gone well the water will sheet off which assures me it is clean. After I will nuke it in a pressure cooker to sterilize it.

Smaller items such as vials will be sterilized in a miniature autoclave I have before having oils poured inside.

I always ensure I am wearing a labcoat, closed toe footwear, gloves, a facemask, and goggles. All items will be filtered through a .2 whatman filter, then dispensed using a seripettor for accuracy.

You should be using disposable filters at the very least, as you don't have a proper sterilization set up. How do you sterilize your dispenser?

The only thing I am not able to autoclave at this time is my erlenmeyer flasks. I bought large ones for convenience, however, they are too large to fit inside the autoclave.

Simple solution for a start up : overdose by 5-10%, problem solved. Later on he can get his raws tested, but if he is dosing properly it isnt an issue.

The single most important thing comes from the brewer himself. How is he able to create a sanitary product? I can already see his lab will create products that are not sterile, given his equipment.

He also has no idea how to properly mix up orals in anything but a small scale.

So before you rip on someone for something small (and yes it is small because most raws out of China these days are good) like 'pure raws', look at the big issues. Of course most meatheads dont have a fucking clue about how to make a clean product, so they just regurgitate what they read... Hence the demand for HPLC testing and pure raws.

I'm waiting on Jano tests to come back, I know he isn't popular here, but I could not use W&M before I joined the forums and I wanted tests on raws so I know what I'm pinning also.

I believe when I replied to MM earlier I mentioned I would increase the amount of compound to account for loss during the process if I remember correctly.

Edit: Back right hand corner of my picture I have a nice mini autoclave that was not overly expensive at all. It reaches proper pressure and temperatures and gets the job done. I mentioned earlier that I will be purchasing a larger autoclave asap.

I believe increasing the amount of compound by 8% should be sufficient.

Someone just emailed me about this actually.

First time a compound is tested I can offer 150 store credit + replacement of whatever you tested.

I agree and disagree. If mortar and pestle was useless big time pharma would not use them on their test batches.

Unless you have thousands of dollars for a granulator then MP is the best way to get consistency with mixing regardless the batch size.

But regardless granulation is always the best way to make consistent caps or tabs.

Your main objective is to get all powders including API the same weight/size so distribution is even.

I got some provi that was 99% but with further testing we noticed some of the test sample was soluble. Upon further testing we found the provi was cut with sodium chloride to a percentage of 24% provi 76% sodium chloride. Although the provi in the test was damn near perfect the whole batch was cut. The provi was saved because it is insoluble

God damn slant eyes got me! So I do recommend testing for sure.
