Salbutamol albuterol min. time off?

Had very good time with salbutamol, ramped up to 26mg and overall took it for 13 days, now it's been couple of days off and I already feel the world is in slow motion. Actually it's all good, the results were very awesome I went a bit in detail in my other thread.

So the question is what is the minimum amount of time needed to become responsive to it again, you know like when you take caffeine at first it's crazy and then as you get used to it you don't get the same effect anymore, come off for sometime and take it again and you feel it kicking ass again!

I'm thinking @Type-IIx can help out? But others are of course welcomed like always, maybe even share experiences.

To maximize efficacy you could have used it for longer & ramped up more gradually. That is to say, you are still responsive to it.

On a related note, the ergogenic/performance enhancing effects of caffeine persist on a long time-frame (i.e., have never been observed to decline due to tachyphylaxis/desensitization) despite some adaptations (i.e., there is a distinction between perceived efficacy vs. actual).

I use protocols that are based on the best evidence (and yes, tachyphylaxis is a feature of the β₂AR due to phosphorylation of its downstream elements & because it binds β-arrestin), but the proper approach is always individually tailored.

How would you recommend doing that?

You're right, I just don't feel it anymore, but that perhaps does not mean it's not effective anymore. Any dose recommendation for someone my size to reap the performance enhancing benefits while still being relatively safe? I understand it's more dependent on the individual, but for example someone who handles caffeine well like me and is active on daily basis.

If you don't mind, I'd like to see your personal protocol.

tachyphylaxis = adaptation?

Possible to rephrase in layman's terms?
