Salbutamol Side Effects

Wondering if anyone can put in their 2 cents on what I'm experiencing.

It's my second Salbutamol cycle so I'm only just getting used to this stuff

Currently I'm kind of following the guide that's here on Meso.

I take 4mg tabs 2-5 times a day, depending on how far in I am, I plan this cycle to be 3 weeks.

So it looks like this at the mo:
  1. 4mg+200mg caffeine when I wake
  2. 4mg+200mg caffeine at midday
  3. 4mg+200mg caffeine at 5pm
The extra 2 dosages will be added gradually: 4mg extra on waking and 4mg extra at 5pm. I do not intend to exceed the 600mg caffeine mark each day, so that remains unchanged.

I'm also taking 50mg of Diphenhydramine each night to stop the tolerance building (ketotifen is way more expensive and Diph seems to work fine). I will increase to 100mg each night in week 2-3.

Supplements I'm also taking for the salbutamol are:

  1. Potassium (300mg in tablets each day + 1-2 bananas)
  2. Taurine (4g per day)

I've done clen before, but not sure if that was just shit because what I'm doing now feels a lot stronger.
The sides I'm getting are shakiness (expected) and a lot of muscle twitching (Mainly in my calves and the side of my head above my ear) and I find myself cramping a lot easier than usual too. But the twitching in my calves is literally non stop, I mean whenever I'm awake I can physically look at my calves and see the muscles contracting and spasming non-stop, I can always feel it very slightly.

There isn't much info on this stuff on the web say compared to clen, but I know it's pretty similar in terms of the sides it can cause so I've just used the same supplements I was taking when on clen.

What I'm wondering is, are these fairly normal sides or am I perhaps not taking enough potassium and as a result experiencing this? Also what about water, I hear some people drink a shit ton whilst on beta adrenergics, I myself drink somewhere in the region of 2-3 litres a day.

So any ideas? Not enough water, not enough supplements or is it just the norm and to be expected? - anyone else with similar?
