Not sure where you got your data but the good ole US of A far exceeds any other country by far for breast augmentation performing over 300K per year!

Could be that what I was told applied to the number of procedures performed in Bangkok, maybe that's the number one city for this.
I've seen clinics in Thailand, and I've had procedures done at a couple of them myself, the PRP treatments, and I have no worries about them.

I don't doubt they have great facilities and capabilities.
The boob world has changed dramatically over the last 20 years and there are a lot of "accomplished" countries that do 40,000+ operations per year.
I just know some of the numbers b/c my wife is an OB.
If you want the best "deal" then I think statistically Spain is your local though. They do top of the line implants generally for around $2500.
Although if you factor in tix, etc. I'd rather pay the $5-10K here and be close to her doc and be able to rest in my own bed. She's not playing for a few days (at least) after they insert.

Not sure about total cosmetic surgeries but I think the US still takes the prize there too.

What everyone else said about silicone is correct!
They are very safe today and feel much more realistic and don't get that saggy bag look like they used to either (assuming you get the gels)!

I'm not sure which ones the girls had that I've been with but I can tell you they are not the best to play with. You can definitely feel exactly where the implant is in there. I don't like the way implants feel but they do look great because they don't sag like natural tits of the same size

"Over the muscle" implants can be more noticeable than "under" or "split". My chick got a "split". Never felt or seen the implant. Small C to a DD.

Silicone and the right placement... you really won't notice or see a difference.
Both chics must have gotten them over the muscle because I could actually feel where the implant ended. This is a good thread. I did not know anything about the placement options

I remember reading something on this a while back. I think it was saline that can begin decaying/going bad. I also saw a surgery where they pulled the saline pack out and it was just a flop of skin left.
I don't think there's anything wrong with small titties. I love them actually. I have this theory.... that women with smaller breasts are that way because during their puberty they produced more testosterone, and probably have higher libidos.
Most chicks with nice athletic legs and big butts have small boobs, am I right?
Also I'm not sure it's a huge difference between the two. Like any surgery it would come down to where it's being done and who is doing it. I've heard some horror stories about plastic surgery. The story of women getting concrete shot in their butts for booty shots comes to mind.
