In my country we can't get tuna in a cann without added salt.So I have been eating alot of canned salmon which we do get without the added salt.It doesn't taste strong at all ,if fact it hardly has any flavor,and I am able to mix it with Oats and tip on some of my protein powder drink just for flavor,and it's very eatable.
Does anybody know anything about salmon as a source or protein,as far as fats{I try to peel most of the skin off,which is a morror mission}go,quailty etc.There's plenty or bodybuilders that eat alot of tuna,but I've never heard any talk about the value of salmon,any body know anything???
