im a man who loves his salt lol! I would put it on bloody any thing I have some vains that come out in places, but two days ago I just stopped adding it to any thing binned the tub by by (I no al get the salt I need from my actual food) but what I'm wondering is will my vains etc start to pop more how long do you think it would take my body to get rid of the extra sodium that's already in it etc?

Got nothing for ya on this one, salt is not something i actively monitor. I dont eat highly salty foods, but i dont avoid it hardcore either.

Some guys swear by low salt, using Mrs. Dash seasonings ect, but that shit is too bland for me.

It's driving me nuts now As I swear less salt = more vains showing but now that geezer is making me think I'm wrong haha! Tag any one with some thought on this please lol!

I always thought high sodium was related to water retention but it's prob just bro science like the rest of the stuff I hear lol.

I'm under the impression that higher sodium=increased vascularity, contractions, and pump. Taking in a lot of salt will cause bloat initially but if you maintain that hightened level of sodium the body will recalibrate and adjust.

I personally don't measure sodium, just sprinkle a few shakes of it into all my food.
Just my $.02
