Samsung S8 AT&T

I've had this phone for a 1-1/2yrs. Can't get it to update to Oreo. I've used the settings check for updates, it always says I have the newest software, but I don't. I have android version 7.0 which is like 1.5 yrs old. Lol

I've done chats with AT&T a few times. Once they said they would send me the update via a push notification, never did. Last time they said take it to Best Buys and they would update it for me, nope.

Took it to an AT&T store, ask them to update it. Hahaha. The kid said use Samsung+ app. Another one said Samsung Switch app connect to a pc and it'll update, both no dice.

Anyone else have this issue?

mines updated, but I have verizon. it's an ATT issue, the carrier is the one that pushes it down

To Oreo or the even newer one, I think it's called Pie?

To Oreo, carriers are funny about rolling out updates, but it looks like ATT did it last year for the S8. Give them a call
