Scammed by Purple panda labs

Hi guys, new to the forum.

Asking if anyone else is getting scammed from purple panda.

I ordered to Australia on the 15th of November 2022

I got a tracking number within a few days

Still says pending and it’s been 7 weeks.

I’ve emailed them 3 times but no response.

Anyone’s thoughts?

Yeh it’s looking that way. Panda has been good to me for the last 6 years. I’ve never had any problems and he would seen in my history I’ve bought a decent amount of raws…

So I dunno if there is something going on or if I need to be more patient but yeh I’m up to 7 weeks now.

Anyone know a reliable source? I wonder if landmark chemicals are still around?

Update…. They emails were going to my spam. They were responding the whole time but I wasn’t receiving lol.

That rectified the problem and gave new tracking which stats it’s in China and lodge ready to go.

Has anyone used that company where you can send like 0.5ml to them and they test the purity? If so how was your experience?

I haven t, surprised they are still around, was dodgy af with lots of complaints years ago on finished products. Might have been better for raw
