Schedule problem

Guys I have a problem with my training schedule and wondered if you could help?

I'm in prison in Scotland at the moment and I'm near the end of a long sentence. I go to College Monday to Friday ( Reformed character), and have loads of time for training and rest.

My schedule is as follows.
Workout 1 -Chest
2 -Legs
3 -Delts/Traps
4 -Triceps
5 -Back
6 -Biceps
I realise thise would be too much for many people but in Jail all I do is Train, sleep or play Xbox so I don't feel overtrained and I make good gains. The problem is that I get home leave from Friday morning to Monday night every 4 weeks so I don't train Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon that week. I get back to training on the Tuesday and by the time it comes round to some of the latter bodyparts in the schedule it's been almost 2 weeks since I trained them. That feels to long and I seem to lose a little strenght here.

I was Thinking that I could train the whole body in two workouts i.e the Tuesday and Wedesday that I get back. Rest on the Thursday then start back on my normal routine on the Friday.

The two workouts would just be the basics to stop me losing Strenght and would look like this.
Workout 1-Bench Press 4x10reps
BB Squats 4x10reps
Military Press 4x10 reps
Upright rows 3x10 reps

Workout 2-Chins 3x10
Bent over Rows 4x10
French Press 4x10
BB Curls 4x10
What do you guys think?Can you see any problems with this? Or do you have any better ideas??

This isn't a constructive comment, I appologize, but do you need a new cellie? That's a better life than I've got right now. :mad: Maybe Gavin will let me crash on his couch for a few days until I find someone to kill so I can be put up in a cushy Scottish prison.

It's not bad at all as far as prisons go but you've got to go to big bad prisons first. They're no joke but probably still not as bad as the state prisons over there.

It's a bit of a problem hideing the gear and what not in there but I usually get around somehow. The guards know I'm on the juice as I'm about 240-250lbs at 6'2 and they found some sust and stuff but I don't care as they don't test you for gear in there just for coke,smack etc.... and they're only really interested in the junkies anyway. As long as you don't swager about trying to intimidate people! I just train hard, mind my own business and am pleasant to everyone so they leave me alone!!!

The gym in theres good too. It's just the scum you've got to live with thats a pain in the arse. Well that and the sust injections!!! Ha Ha!!!

My suggestion is to focus on the basics: diet, training, rest...

What are you in prison for, bro?
 
Being a naughty boy!

I'm in prison for dealing coke.

I'm not complaining as I knew the risks!

Since being inside I've gained loads of qualifications including becoming a Personal trainer and can't wait to get out in five months time to start rebuilding my life. No more dealing for me. Enough is enough!!!

Time to concentrate on making legite money and getting 20 inch biceps. They're pretty close to that now!!!
