When you're ready for TNE, downsides includeI appreciate you looking out for me and i’m sure its coming from a good place brother. I’m holding steady at my 2500 cals/day and letting my body adjust. Scale still hasn’t budged but my strength is increasing and i’m a lot more full in/out of the gym and that’s without me even starting my cycle yet. So I think it’s working

-teeth grinding (but massive jaw gains!)
