It's not that I want to ignore anything. I'm am just speaking from personal experience and that was there was nothing all that impressive about the gear I received from SF. To be honest, I haven't found a UGL yet that compares to legit HG gear. Knowing this, I have learned to lower my expectations on ALL UGL products but some are better than others.

The only person who is ignoring things is you my friend. How simple is it for you to simply say "you don't know all the facts" when you alone dictate what those facts will be? Truth is there is absolutely no way for anyone to know what really is factual unless they are karl or someone else at Sciroxx in the know. Just because you state something people are supposed to mindlessly accept it as fact just because you say it is? You are nobody here and your word certainly carries no weight. Personally i don't like the way you have approached this whole thing. All you keep repeating over and over is that "people don't know the facts". See we never will know all the facts because we are not on the inside. People simply have to take your word and trust everything you say to be factual. I don't see that happening especially with the way you come across.
I don't envy your position since i don't really know how you can reverse the damage your company has taken on it's name and reputation here. I do know that you come across as a pompous know it all douche and nobody seems to relate to you. Good luck though.
The facts came to me straight from Karl, and I am a very close partner with him.
I have been with him since before Sciroxx and helped develop Sciroxx when Weinstein fucked up. What makes my word any less credible than people here who are DEFINITELY NOT in "the know"

The fact is there was never a quality issue or complaint on my end when I was involved, I busted my ass off. I can't speak for anyones else that works for them. I actaully sent finished products for mass spec testing to make sure everything was dosed correctly and sterile on my end. Karl can confirm this. I do this with my own products.
I'm not involved in this and I'm staying out of it. When I was with them I really did pride myself in my work and I'm more then positive everything I put out was dosed properly and counts correct. Like I said I can only speak for me though I take pride in my work and anyone that has dealt with me knows this.

You haven't told us an ounce of information. I don't give a shit about if your word is good or not, because it hasn't even come into play. You haven't said anything.
So say something. Answer the concerns many many people have expressed or go somewhere that you have a so called good reputation, since you aren't even willing to try and convince us of it.

It was actually meant as a joke. You know, if your former customers won't vouch for you maybe your former employees have a different opinion. It seems they don't, though.
You definitely have a problem on this board. How you address it will very likely affect your business elsewhere as well.

Maybe, but proving that is your problem. The truth is we have companies here that are treating us very well, and they will not hesitate to address a complaint. Why would anyone here choose buy from a company that addresses complaints with belligerence?
Where has the belligerence been? I have been professional and polite through this, while I have been attacked and my credibility questioned. Again, you don't know what I am doing for members with complaints here because it has been kept off the open board...
I would imagine when members show up and tell us how you addressed their complaints your status will improve. I'm sure JB will agree
