So i am finally getting scripted trt tuesday. If it wasnt for my family i would not even be bothering. But i guess its worth it. Since its the begginning, i have to only run trt amounts then when they check every 3 months ill be able to run short blasts of prop. Or unless i find a less strict doctor. Maybe even online trt clinic. But

what cycles are good to run without screwing up numbers of bloods crazy?

tren for now is out of the question.
Orals are out of question for now.

thinking a deca and primo cycle may be solid. I know deca is not terribly harsh on my bloodowork.

how does primo effect bloodwork?
Any other compounds at moderate doses not hinder bloodwork alot?

Basically i want a cycle while getting trt that it wont be obvious. And worry a doctor

I see my endo every 6 months, so, I have a little more latitude. Blasts now(48yo) are test/mast or test/primo with maybe some anavar. Mast and anavar will crush your HDL, so, keep that in mind for labs. Every 3 months would make it very difficult to blast, I think.

I would even just do short ester, mini blasts. Until i find i place like yours. Every 6 months. Or super long low dose deca blasts.

trying to figure this out

I do blood work every 6 months. IMO dont show any signs, but after you've seen your doc every 3 months for like 3 or 4 appointments just ask "Hey doc, everything seems to be stable, I am wondering if we can switch to do our follow ups every 6 months? It would be a lot easier for my work schedule, and it just doesnt seem like every 3 months is really needed since all my markers are so stable. What do you think?"

That will give you way more flexibility to run a full blast cycle with baaically whatever you want. That is how I do it. Every 6 months. I am at a cash pay clinic though.

I am considering trying to find a doc to do it locally through insurance. If they ask me to come off I will figure out the timing myself. Basically just not actually go off at all, but instead just stop my dose like 2 weeks before my blood test so I am flattened out but dont actually have to spend so long feeling like garbage.

What I did when I used prop for TRT was just skip 2 shots, total test was 215.

Test/primo/GH I run it even when my trt doc pulls bloodz and I am fine. My doc pulled blood at 3 months the first time, and everything looked good then 6 after that. Every once in awhile right after he pulls blood I do 3 months of test/npp/gh

A couple of thoughts. One is that you can talk to the doctor after a few successful blood tests and see about lengthening that time period. If your levels come back in the correct range that the doctor is looking for and all of your other markers are fine, then there is no reason to do it every 90 days. At that point, talk to the doctor about doing it every 6-12 months. Most will agree.

The second thought is that if you are running blasts in between, your other numbers are not going to come back ok, so . . .

It takes time to recover from blasts, a lot more time than most folks realize.

The doctor will be looking at more than just the overall testosterone number. When your hematocrit and blood pressure and cholesterol numbers get all out of whack . . . well, the doctor will assume he is harming you and will start lowering the dose, not realizing that it is you harming yourself without his knowledge or complicity.

By the way, this is not the doctor being an asshole. The doctor is looking out for you. That is his job, and most of them take it seriously. The last thing that a doctor wants is to cause harm to the patient (you). In prescribing testosterone replacement therapy, the doctor is trying to help you and make your life better.

Now put yourself in his position.

Your patient comes back with crushed HDL, high LDL, high hematocrit, and his blood pressure is getting higher each time you see him.

This will be on top of things like elevated liver numbers (because you did a 20 rep per set leg day yesterday, but most doctors are not aware of the connection between intense training and liver markers).

Of course you are going to think that 125mg a week or whatever you prescribed is actually doing harm. You are going to reduce it and see if the markers come back improved and his blood pressure settles down a little. Maybe prescribe some lisinopril and see if that helps, too.

Most of them really do want to help you, not "control" you.

I totallly agree. He even said hed be able to get me to a doctor to remove any gyno for free. Which is amazing since i had gyno since 15.

he was so throghough. So if that means not blasting and just gaining from proper trt. That would work. Anything is better then test at 134. My bloodwork is really solid at the moment.

Does albuterol or clen effect bloodwork?

Maybe ill cut nicely while on trt for a bit until i have more time in between. Get diet and exercise down to a science. Then really blast.

Besides my cholesterol, which is the best its ever been.

my hematocrit is 56
Hemoglobin 18
Alt and ast are finally in range too.

so i am hoping my trt doc will get blood out of me too. He seemed to know so much about trt. Finally someone who actually knows what hes talking about.

You’re just going to get the same reply’s here. Seeing your doc every 3 months is to risky to blast imo. I’m another one who’s Doc only requires me to come in every 6 months and actually while at the receptions desk on my way out i push it closer to 7 months before my next visit.

At first my visits were required more frequently but after a few visits my appointments got pushed out to 6 months.

Even with a bigger window my last few cycles have been mild more health cautious ones that consist of test, primo, var and hgh

Ok yes will look around for that

My TRT doc insists on visits every 3 months (but the amount he prescribes is VERY generous, so I don't argue), so if I'm running a blast during that time, I simply take about a week break before the blood draw. I think what saves me is that I take telmisartan, nebivolol, and ezetimibe daily (all self-prescribed), even when not on cycle (and red yeast rice when on cycle), so my bloodwork and blood pressure are always acceptable.

So what test is needed? I will check which they use. Do you know what the types of tests they are?
Most TRT docs use the less expensive ECLIA “immunoassay”. It’s capped at 1500 because it’s not reliable over that. The LC/MS (liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry) test is a little more expensive, but other compounds should not mess up the results.

I’d look at a statin drug with those non-ldl cholesterol levels.

That HCT is a little scary, like @malfeasance said, donate quickly, if you’re HGB gets any higher than 19, they deny you. I second the statin recommendation, mine LDL was 275 and no matter what shit supplement I took, it never improved, in fact, it worsened. Couple weeks on 20mg rosuvastatin/day had it down to 75. Even running about 300mg/week of mast, which usually crushes my numbers, LDL only crept over 100.
