The 5 pounds I gain the first week has to be water weight but if you're trying to lean out, just eat clean, up the protein and cut your carbs a bit. You may already be doing that as it looks like you're meal prep is pretty good.
My carb intake doesnt go beyond 150g and its all healthy carbs mainly fiber like multigrain and sugar ranges between 20 and 30g protein is around 260g...
Update:
Today i felt my arms go hard as a rock doing triceps and super pumped
Is it recommended to take adex 24 to 48hrs after last shot of test or anytime is okay?
