No, significant edema isn't brought on by high estrogen, so I don't think adex would help.

If you poke a swollen area with your finger, does the indentation persist once you remove your finger?

No it doesnt... but even friends lately in the gym did say ive seemed to have bloated stomach area especially now im wondering if the var i took was actually var or dbol

We dont have heart related issues in the family nor liver nor diabetes when i was on test for 9 weeks i never had the ankle swell until i introduced the var and its only on the left ankle little bit around the shin area as well

So non-pitting edema? I've experienced similar on-cycle. Could be adulterated orals. Cut back on the orals, drink lots of water, and move/flex/stretch the affected limbs every hour.

I dropped orals for 2 days now and elevated my foot as well as drinking allt of water

And by the way I injected my outer right quad last time i had a shot so im wondering if it could be related to my left ankle swelling usually I only injected glutes only

I doubt your injection had anything to do with it, especially right quad to left ankle. I inject into quads exclusively.

I know for a fact sex doesnt help with the swelling as i just had it and its still there.. oh well

I took my first 0.25mg adex this afternoon im gonna do it eod

You can continue adex if you need it. I would be more suspicious of the so called var definitely doesn't sound right maybe D-bol.

I got my hands on new var so i was thinking of extending my cycle up to 14 weeks which means i have 4 weeks left and take the new var from now till end of cycle

I wouldn't have stacked on an oral for a first cycle ,and that's starting to get pretty long. I'd cap it at 12 weeks tops.

The testosterone ester half-lives commonly cited on forums and blogs appear to be incorrect. I'm now using the attached reference text to estimate washout periods. 3 weeks may be too long necessary - go back to 2 week washout for a compromise, and even 2 weeks is probably longer than necessary.

HCG should be used on-cycle, not during washout. Start using it immediately at 350IU EOD if possible. Stop with your last injection.

I would but i have these they come in 5000 do I just mix both powder and liquid together and inject 300 iu eod and leave the rest in the fridge till next injection
