Second cycle 400 mg Deca 500 mg Sust wk

Hello fellow Meso Members,
This is my second cycle and before I start I would like some feedback/opinions so that I am sure all bases are covered. I understand the risks using at this age and accept all responsibility including possible trt which I plan on using as I age anyway. This isn't about having a "beach body" or impressing women to me (Even though that is a great perk to it) This is about my passion for the gym and nutrition, I want to keep pushing myself to new levels, unnatural levels, train/eat hard off cycle as I would on and add gains over the period of YEARS while cycling twice a year in responsible doses. I do not ever plan on touching tren.

History/Stats
Age: 21
Ht: 6 ft
Wt: 189 lbs
Bf: 12 %
Exp: 7 years
Now my first cycle (I know I will get flamed for this but here it goes...) I was 18 coming back from a shoulder dislocation with football season soon approaching. I signed a letter of intent the year before to play at Northwestern University (before shoulder incident) and was dead set on still playing. My first cycle was test E only 500mg wk 12 wks plus full pct. I started at 199 lbs and ended up at 223 after water weight was gone. I had ai on hand but at that dose I had no estro related side effects, literally 0. (Even though I now know that doesn't mean my estro wasn't elevated) I honestly didn't even hold much bloat while on but I was doing some intense cardio as well. My diet was tuned in, I always track macros and compensate for things such as work, cardio etc. I have trained hard for years I know what works for me and I keep the same mentality off cycle as I do on regarding nutrition, training intensity, and overall health.

Shoulder Surgery: So about a year and a half ago I had to have surgery to repair my shoulder from the damage inflicted through 12 dislocations my senior year playing football. Northwestern dropped me and even D3 schools wouldn't give me a second look due to the shoulder. After surgery and rehab I came out a whopping 173 lbs since then I have made it back to almost 190 lbs naturally. I know that's still sort of skinny but for my weight I hold my own in the gym very well.

The Juice: Second Cycle
wk 1-12 400mg Deca (200mg x2 wk mon and thurs same rocket as sust)
wk 1-14 500mg sust
wk 1-4 30mg dbol
wk 1-14 .5 or .25 mg?? adex EOD (Due to previous estro insensitivity??)
wk 1-12 .25-.5 mg prami EOD before bed (Honestly I am fine dealing with the sides of prami if it keeps my prolactin and dick in good shape lol hence I will be running from very start of cycle not waiting for that side to even arise fuck that)
wk 1-14 500 ius hcg wk (250 ius x2 wk) (Blast 1000 ius a week while waiting for sust to clear which is 18 days????)

PCT 18 Days after last sust pin:
Clomid 100/100/50/50 Extra week of 50 ed due to 12 wks of Deca ???
Nolva if needed have plenty on hand.
adex .25-.5 mg ED

Bloods: Will be getting pre mid and post bloods as well.

Questions: Will adex be sufficient for this cycle or should I use aromasin? Should prami be dosed at .25 or .5 mg EOD to reduce prolactin? I know everyone says E2 is first line of defense but I also tend to believe prolactin can rise independent of E2 while using a 19-nor. Rather be safe than sorry... What HCG doses are recommended during the 18 days before pct??

I have a couple of vials of deca just sitting in my closet because I did not do enough research on it. After running by what I thought my cycle would be with other members I was advised to NOT run the deca unless on TRT. It can take up to 6 weeks to clear the system and is pointless to run for only 12 weeks.

I've heard that to be true and I was pretty uneasy about running the deca anyways so I will leave the deca alone for now. I gained great on test so I will run test and throw in dbol for a kick start. Thanks for the input.
 
Like @Robfromga said 21 is really young... Your body is still developing.

I mean I'm only 27 but still. No one is going to make your decisions for you. You are fucking with hormones and without being educated on the matter it can end very bad.

I understand and I do take the serious approach to this. I know hormones are no joke and there is always a risk involved. I am being as safe and responsible as I can including the proper prep, blood work, pct etc.

You know I'm kind of in the same boat, competition is very hard. I'm a college student also playing baseball. I'll be running a cycle soon to put on some strength and mass. Steroids can be safe and very affective if used properly and you know what you're doing regardless of what people say, the dangerous side affects are what happen if you don't use them properly. Make sure to make a thread in steroid cycle so I can follow your progress as mine will be similar but with only one compound.
 
From experience, I'd highly recommend staying natty during your 20s unless you are an absolute genetic freak show.

Just think you won't hit a plateau until your 30s...your producing plenty of test naturally & you can grow & gain muscle maturity....just me maybe

Yes man, competition is rough unfortunately my dreams of playing football are over and now it's into body building for me. I just love the sport and to me the benefits outweigh the risks when considering cycling. I've trained hard and ate hard natural for years and made great progress but it is nothing comparable to AAS with the right diet and training regardless of high natty test levels. I will definitely post a log and will be following yours! gl make sure you have everything covered have pct ai's ready to go before first pin.

I would honestly have to say I have some pretty damn good genetics and that's alot of the reason I want to do this. I'm closer to 6'1 than 6 and when I was at 223 lbs 18 yo it was sort of outrageous what I looked like. My bf was also very low and every muscle was full and popped. My chest develops that real round look and biceps reach to the top of my forearm. Lats and traps are also extremely thick. I've become addicted to chasing it again I can't stand 190 lbs
 
I get it...but, you are 21 and personally I wouldn't mess with the gear yet. If you MUST do a cycle, please listen to me. So NOT listen to people who say you have to run a bunch of shit. Run at most 400 mg a week test & 200 mg nandralone (I say 300/150)....you will get great results at that age & maybe not f yourself up.

If your diet, training & rest are on point you really don't need to get on the gear at 21.

I was 5' 10 180 when I was 21 & same height + 30 pounds of muscle & natty when I was 24, so that was my experience. I began my first cycle in my late 20s when I hit a year long plateau...to each his own

I agree with not running a bunch of shit, I would never be that asshole who just runs a shit ton of gear imo I would rather have quality gain with less sides and raising doses only warrants harsher sides.. I'm interested in the 400 test 200 nandralone you mention. I've heard from one end deca shuts you down hard and the other that it's all on how you keep e2 prolactin hcg and pct in check. Would I see mass gain from 200mg deca a week for 12 weeks?..
 
I see mass gains from 300 mg Test Cyp (nothing else) a week...so, yes @ 400/200, you ypu would gain and keep muscle.

Again, I do not advocate the use of AAS by those who are 21 years of age.
But why not? What are the serious risks that can't be controlled ?

I firmly believe everyone who works out & diets hard is somewhat of an addict, so the long term risks could potentially outweigh the gains. A couple of cycles won't mess you up, but if you have been on for a five or six years, you might regret it if & when you want to have kids...that's all.

You have to weigh the pros and cons... IMO you are better off not being on in your 20s especially during the years your body produces the most testosterone 16-25 it ever will. I'm no guru, but so known from 20+ years of experience that if you do choose the AAS route again at your age, doNOT do gram a week of Test & 500 mgs of deca.
 
I know that you don't advocate use of AAS for anyone at 21 but would 400 sust 1-14 350 deca 1-12 wk be reasonable? That's a pretty safe dose correct?

I wouldn't run a dose like that 1 grm test 500 mgs deca haha I know better than that. I truly believe less is more and I want to be able to do this for a long time, always plan on coming off and no more than two cycles a year. When the time comes for trt blast and cruise..
