Start with 0.55mg/kg and see from there

Edit: i read you are 240 lbs, so theoretically 109 kg, well yeah 60 mg is fine.
 
Day 34 Update:

239.8 lbs

Seems like I've been overing around 238 - 241 lbs since start of cycle.

Week 5 finishes tomorrow. Week 6 starts on Monday and I think the fun will too! Will start 60mg var on Monday as well and run it for 6 weeks. I have enough packs to even go 100mg/day. Will adjust if needed. I also started aromasin at 12.5mg EOD.

Var always makes me veiny, so I'm excited! For some reason, veins motivated me like fuck. Will also add in cardio daily for the last 6 weeks and will also drop calories more. I'm gonna go ham in hopes of having an amazing before/after to post for you guys!
 
Quick update:

Started week 7. First pin done. Been taking anavar at 60mg for 1 week now (started week 6). Taking 12.5mg aromasin EOD with pin days the priority.

The thing that's been killing me this cycle is my weight... I can't seem to lose lbs on the scale. My diet is spot on too.

Any ideas? I have gotten leaner for sure. But my weight is creeping up and it's driving me nuts.

But the scale fucks up your mind lol. I need to stop weighing myself daily.

My only regret so far 6 weeks in, I haven't worked out as hard as I need to be. I'm going to make the last 5 weeks count with regards to workouts and cardio.

It's just water and glycogen. One day you will wake up and you will have lost some weight again. Congrats on looking leaner, you are doing well

oh i get it dude. I’m going through the same thing. And I took the batteries out of my scale for a couple weeks lol
 
Did 7 minutes of treadmill incline the other day and the shin pumps were so bad, I had to either stop or cry. I stopped. Cardio on anavar is hell...
 
Other than "diet is good" and a somewhat arbitrary sounding deficit number, I do not see any details about your diet.

Do you mind logging a day (or three) of eating and drinking for us so we can see this most important aspect of a cut?

I was thinking this too...if your diet really is on point, you’d have lost weight by now

I'll post a sample daily log for me shortly.

With that said, everyone around me is telling me how my stomach has shrunk and asking me if I'm taking drugs, lmfao. I do notice a big change in my gut, and love handles.

With that said, the scale has not budged AT ALL. It's increased, and it has been stagnant for almost 8 weeks now. I actually weigh 5-6 lbs more than when I started this cycle 8 weeks ago and this has been driving me nuts.

Coffee - 2 cream 3 sweetener

or

Coffee 2 cream 3 sweetener & egg/cheese on English muffin

Lunch:

Protein Shake
Protein source (chicken, beef) with ~100g white rice.

Dinner:

Protein Shake
Greek yogurt

And that's pretty much a standard day. Today I had exactly the above minus the protein shakes.

So I'm only getting around 1700 - 2400 calories/day. However, my weight is not going down. I track my calories. Everything. I think I'm holding on to a lot of water. I am taking 12.5mg of aromasin EOD and on pin days, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. Should I be increasing it to 25mg EOD for the remaining 3.5 weeks of my cycle?

I'm also currently at 60mg anavar/day. Noticing more bloat when I added var.
 
Idk why, but as soon as I added var to my cut my weight loss stopped dead in its tracks. It basically turned into a recomp once the var was introduced. Idk why, but I kept to the same meals, same cheats, and everything was going down then nothing. Not an ounce lol.

700 calories is a big swing. You’re only eating 3 meals? You say you track your cals, are you tracking macros? Even tho CICO counts, macros play a role too. I’ve personally never heard of anyone taking 25mg of masin. Idk.
I feel we’re missing some crucial info here, or you’re not being 100% up front with tracking EVERYTHING that goes into your mouth...The science behind weight loss is pretty simple—and even if you were holding water, that initial bump in weight would only last until the retention flattened out, then you’d continue to see weight loss in the form of fat—even with water weight still there.

I am interested to hear your perspective even if he isn't open to suggestions/criticism. I've read a lot of your post, and it seems like you have a pretty good idea of what your doing.
