Second cycle cut log

Sample diet:

Breakfast:

Coffee - 2 cream 3 sweetener

or

Coffee 2 cream 3 sweetener & egg/cheese on English muffin

Lunch:

Protein Shake
Protein source (chicken, beef) with ~100g white rice.

Dinner:

Protein Shake
Greek yogurt

And that's pretty much a standard day. Today I had exactly the above minus the protein shakes.

So I'm only getting around 1700 - 2400 calories/day. However, my weight is not going down. I track my calories. Everything. I think I'm holding on to a lot of water. I am taking 12.5mg of aromasin EOD and on pin days, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. Should I be increasing it to 25mg EOD for the remaining 3.5 weeks of my cycle?

I'm also currently at 60mg anavar/day. Noticing more bloat when I added var.
You aren't eating much at all. What were you eating prior to your cut? I'm no expert on diet or cutting weight, but that seems like way to little food

On a day, I average around 1800 calories. 2400 is literally the max. But my maintenance is near 2800 given I'm 240 lbs, 6ft. I'm always on a deficit. In fact, I cut out cheat meals this cycle.

Might try refeeding upping your calories considerably for a couple weeks. Then start cutting 500 calorie deficit. If progress stalls try adding in cardio if it stalls again cut some more calories etc. I feel like your calories are so low that you won't be able to cut much more from it you need to start out with a higher baseline. Like I said I'm pretty new to this stuff though I could be totally off base curious to see other people's thoughts

I had the same problem as you, dude...I lost about 50 lbs on my own, then Stalled flat...I downloaded the RP Diet app and it changed everything for me. I learned to weigh and portion every meal—how to maximize macro intake, etc. ...I eat 4x a day and have documented my cut in my log in the Powerlifting section. If you’re having trouble, even after people’s advice here, I HIGHLY recommend the app.

Hey guys, need some opinions please.

Just did my first pin of week 10. It was a smooth entry. No pain. I took out the needle very fast and 2-3 drops of blood came gushing out. Did I rupture a capillary/vein while coming out? No blood on the needle. It stopped after 2-3 drops came out. No coughing, nothing. But the blood came out very fast. I did aspirate and it was 1 air bubble.

Ive found that my body is filled with blood and sometimes it leaks when I put holes in it.
Wouldn’t worry about it man.

Honestly sounds like you’re under eating man.
After reading this log your calories vary way too much “1700-2400” is too big of a window to properly gauge weight loss. Your body acclimates to stimulus or lack of, so if you’re under eating your body will catch on and adjust to the under eating, causing weight to remain the same. Also read that you’re taking cream and sugar in your coffee, making the change to even black coffee from sweetened coffee has an effect on a diet.
If you’re going to properly diet: consume adequate protein, keep your caloric intake consistent so you can see the variables in what may be helping or hurting your weight loss, prioritize your compound movements as they recruit the most muscle activity which in turn burns more calories. Train your legs!

Measure your waist beside your weight. If your waist is going down you are definetly burning fat. I guess keeping the weight while loosing fat is the best case scenario. The same thing happens to me now.
I am now about the same weight as 4 weeks ago but i lost 5 cm from waist.
Good luck ✌️
