Second cycle (dbol,test E)

I am getting 8 hours of sleep and taking a 1 hour nap everyday.
I am not doing any other activity lol. I got so depressed when I could not even lift the 350 pounds deadlift which usually i warm up with looool.

About the injection so far I injected in my left thigh 2 times,right thigh one time and the glutes 1 time. Every time it becomes swollen and hurts but after 3 days everything disappear so there is no infection...

I am going to try another week of the dup program to see how it goes but I feel bad.
I guess the squat fucked everything because it is my weak point and whenever I do it my hips and lower back hurt even if it is a perfect form (maybe i go a little too wide) so probably it affected my deadlift and the other squat session. what do you think ?
 
I guess i should stop the dbol.

I have been 4 week son that shit lol at 30 mg and it is that bad. Did i pass the dangerous zone ?
 
Yeah, way too early on the test levels. I don't know a lot about the liver values, going by their ranges it looks pretty high though.
 
Definitely i am going to stop the dbol. I just found a page where doc scally said to br1217 that his values are dangerous ( they are around 120 and 360).

However perrin you mean that 500 mg is not enough or it is underdosed ?

Three weeks isn't enough to have stable levels.
 
I will be back to the gym this weekend to set a new Max.

Btw i had to stop the dbol due to freaking high ast/alt. I know now that i am never gonna fuck with orals anymore lol.

I do not want to ruin this cycle so is it advisable to add some NPP (fast acting instead of dbol) and some proviron. and caber.

what do you think guys need your advice more than ever
 
Yep i was supplementing with fish oil, tudca (900 mg per day) tons of water and animal pak which has milk thistle and many other things.

Believe me I will never ever take orals except anavar may be i will give it a shot.

this week i did not workout to rest for my new MAX .

On Friday : bench press new max is 285 pounds.
deadlift : 515 pounds
next it is going to be the squaaattts.
 
I've maxed three times this entire year, twice at meets and once in the gym doing a mock meet. Maxing any other time is time wasted testing strength when you could be building strength. If you're still interested in powerlifting anyway.
