see results with short dnp cycle?

what would be the recommended shortest amount of time to use dnp, I was thinking of just doing the standard 3 day carb depletion then for the rest of the week (4 days) drop 200-400mg day, of course someone would see some sort of results, but can I really expect a decent amount of fat loss?

Dont carb deplete...there is no reason too, the DNP will do it for you. There is no way of knowing with any accuracy what YOU should expect from the DNP, as everyone seems to react to it differently. Is this the first time you have used it ? DNP works all the time, on everyone who uses it. The degree to which it works is still very much dependent on you and your body, and your eating habits..Lots of bros on this board have experienced the power of DNP including Shocker and Myself, but until you have used it, you wont know what to expect from it as far as FAT-LOSS goes. Make sure to read -H-s thread on " how not to fuck up DNP" ..and then when your comfortable with it ..give it a try.
 
yah it will be the first time, from what people say either they maintain a sensible diet while on it or just eat whatever whenever....

I keep it fairly clean if my doses are at 400mg or below. If higher than that, it isnt clean , fat loss is still incredible. I just always keep my protein high, and keep a good amount of fruit around to munch on through the day.
 
ran it for 200 mg for 8 days on my tren/prop cycle and dropped at least 1-2% bf. and my strength was still through the roof. the combination of the tren and the dnp was incredible.
