Didn't see this, maybe I'm late... I definitely think @narta should consider doing it.

The other members mentioned and nominated are all great contributors as well. It just seems like Narta has been doing this for a very long time, and there would be not only a "chemistry" lesson, but also a "history" lesson.

Only one person for this, @narta

The one who has been teaching everybody.

He has superior knowledge, insight and eloquence.

However, I doubt we will ever get to hear his voice and his big, generous heart.
Shame.

I am sure the gentleman who kindly volunteered for this, Kain, will do a very good job, as he has been an active contributor on the home brewing forum for a long time and is an experienced brewer.
