Seeking guidance on Primo dosing.

So is a 2:1 test to primo ratio a good starting point to gauge where one is at on blood tests to see if they should increase or lower the primo to Test?

Or is something like a 3:1 ratio a better starting point?

There is no fixed ratio; simply use the desired dose of Primo (350? 700? 1050?), then add as much testosterone hgh adex as you can tolerate without experiencing any adverse effects.

In my opinion yes, 2:1 is a nice spot to start with. After 4 weeks draw blood to see how it affects your e2 and adjust if needed afterwards.

It is also dependent on how much Test and Primo. If you run 150 mg of Test, pretty much any Primo will crush your estrogen. If you run a gram of Test, 2:1 or 3:1 might be better for you. I’d start lower on the Primo and monitor e2 sides, since I’d rather have slightly elevated e2 than crashed e2.

I just wanted to add, for anyone reading this so far and deciding 2:1 is a good starting place that 2:1 crashed the E2 of some people that did that so you're taking a gamble doing that.

Some of those people said that 5:1 was the ratio that worked best for them.

That being said it seems 5:1 or perhaps 4:1 would be a better starting place and to get sensitive E2 labs 4-6 weeks in to see where things are at and make adjustments from there based off some hard data.

Also I've read, on here, that more general purpose labs tend to be very off when it comes to measuring E2 so you need to get specific labs just for Estrogen, to get reliable data.
