I got a good laugh out of this post, but in all seriousness, anything is possible, but to have a controlled delivery for 3 1oml vials is a stretch. I'm not saying it never happened, but I can say I never personally heard of it happening.

I do know of more than a few over the last 15yrs that have been busted for larger delivers.
