Semaglutide Tirzepitide GLP-1

I’ve been semaglutide 2.1mg a week for 3 months. The last couple weeks it has just stopped working completely. Absolutely starving all day! Went from eating 2300 cal to 5000-6000 ed for the last week. I’m switching to Tirz and I’ll be starting it tomorrow. Anyone else have this response to sema where it just quit working all together?
what is a good starting dose for the tirz considering the dose of sema I am…?

I’d start the Tirzepatide at 5mg/week and see how that treats you. Probably keep you satiated for several weeks before you need to bump it up to 7.5mg/wk.

Just gave 5mg a try I’ll see tomorrow if that was the sweet spot for now.

Not trying to be a jerk, but if you go from eating 2300 to 6000 calories ed simply because the meds stops working?
You need to work on the actual problem. I mean you can't stay on the stuff forever. In other words why take something if you're just gonna put it all back on?

You need to start creating a sustainable meal plan. These drugs are just fat loss aids and not your main tool.

I would look into spending time making a diet regimen that will help with satiety by using high volume low calorie foods, using carb/calorie cycling or fasting on some days. Do anything to fix the main problem which is eating habits and not rely on drugs to suppress appetite.

If you can't do it yourself, spend your money on a coach instead.

Good luck.

I think you are high on you dosage which tells me that perhaps your reconstituted vial might not be as potent. Based on the info I researched regarding shelf-life, once it’s reconstituted it’s only good for about 56 days. Many people don’t know this so they think that they need more when in truth, the product went inactive.

I am no longer on sema. What you said makes sense. I thought it was mainly a placebo I wasn’t feeling it like I should. It always did feel stronger the first few weeks after reconstitution. Where are you getting your information on the 56 day shelf life?
