Semaglutide Tirzepitide GLP-1

I’ve been semaglutide 2.1mg a week for 3 months. The last couple weeks it has just stopped working completely. Absolutely starving all day! Went from eating 2300 cal to 5000-6000 ed for the last week. I’m switching to Tirz and I’ll be starting it tomorrow. Anyone else have this response to sema where it just quit working all together?
what is a good starting dose for the tirz considering the dose of sema I am…?

I'm not sure how someone can make it as far as registering for this particular forum and have to ask the question "who's your source?"... lol. Reddit. Reddit is DEFINITELY the right answer to this question. I feel like if you've been on this board for more than a month and don't have a cabinet full of little white boxes and random ass vials of questionable drugs, you're doing it wrong.
