It's the same regardless as gender.

Start at .25mg/week for 4 weeks and then increase by .25mg if needed. Repeat until you hit max dose of 2.4mg a week.

I never felt the need to go above .5mg/week personally.

It helped me stay on plan for sure. It also really helped lower my blood glucose levels. I tested in the 70s regularly.

It's not a fat burner. It's meant for type 2 diabetics to help regulate blood glucose and curb appetite so they don't eat too much junk. You'll lose weight but the reason is because you're eating less, not the Semaglutide directly.

Yea, I know the mechanism.

Thanks for your feed back.

No problem brother. I lost about 15 pounds over 10 weeks. My wife wants to try it too but she's very against injections.
I don't mean this to be rude, and I don't know if you have underlying medical conditions.... But taking a drug to lose 15lbs in 10 weeks? You don't feel you could've done that with just diet and exercise? 1-2lbs per week is very attainable without any sort of drug

I didn't take the drug to lose 15lbs in 10 weeks. I took the drug to help me get my binge eating under control. I completely agree 15lbs in 10 weeks is doable with just diet and exercise. I was having issues adhering to the diet. Now you could say that I could have looked deeper into why that was but yes I took the easy way out. The tools were there and I used them to my advantage.

You could make that argument for much of the other things we use. Lots of us are on gear and achieve physiques that we could possibly achieve naturally though 100% commitment and discipline. But it's a hell of a lot easier with the right drugs.

I completely agree that 1-2lbs/week is very achievable naturally. But that's not what Meso is about, right?

We're all about using substances to hit our goals and I think GLP drugs are just another tool in the cabinet.

If I'm cutting weight then I'm on semaglutide. Yes I could do it without, I have done many times. But it's far easier to do if you're not having to contend with appetite management.

Completely agree. We use tools to make our lives easier.

I think the whole "you could do that without using this or that" is the old school mentality that someone has to earn the right to use PEDs

If that was the way the world functioned carpenters should use only manual saws untill they war the right to use an electric one etc.

Nah, get on with the times... PEDs are tools, use them but don't misuse/abuse them.

We're scientists, doing science things.
