Hey guys about to mix my serostim, just want to double check if im doing this right. I have a vial(6mg) equal to 18 iu . If my math is correct, I am going to put 1.8 ml = 180 units of BAC water in my serostim vial through the insulin syringe . so that 10units on my syringe equals to 1iu correct?

I'm a big fan of Serostim however, unlike a lot of brands who have migrated to "pens", it still comes in a vial which will require reconstitution. Legit Serostim boxes include sterile water vials but this is because the product is designed to be used by patients in a single 18IU/day bolus injection.

Bodybuilders will very rarely get this high unless they are at the top level of the sport and using hefty amounts of exogenous insulin so this guide will be geared towards those of us who use smaller doses. You will first want to toss the sterile water and replace it with bacteriostatic (bac) water. Doing so allows you to use the vial over the course of 2-3 weeks as long as it is refrigerated between uses. Sterile water can allow a single dose (or maybe a few days) but it becomes a bit more "risky" after that. Bacteriostatic water is cheap, and easy to acquire, so there is little reason not to do this anyway.

The first time may seem overwhelming, but after you get the hang of it, it becomes easy as can be!

Each vial of Serostim contains approximately 18IUs (6mg), although the active amount may differ slightly. For the sake of this example, we will go with the 18IUs per vial number though. We will be writing this as if the athlete's goal will be 4IUs/day...and these will be split into an AM/PM injection schedule as this is common for lipolysis protocols.

To perform the reconstitution, you will need a 25g syringe, your bac water, an alcohol swab, and your serostim vial. Wipe down both the serostim vial (after popping top) and bac water vial (after popping top) with your alcohol pad.

Take your 25g syringe and withdraw 1.8mL of bacteriostatic water...inject that water into the Serostim vial making sure that you don't spray directly on the GH powder...just kind of angle it down the side of the vial. After the water is in, you'll likely notice back-pressure in the syringe. Don't withdraw the syringe yet or you may risk spraying GH all over the room and that is enough to really piss someone off! Instead, slowly let your thumb off the syringe and let the back-pressure fill the barrel with air (try not to let any GH make its way back up into the barrel).

After you feel pressure subside, simply remove the syringe from the vial and slowly twist the vial in a circular motion to ensure that everything is mixed perfectly...after this, store in the fridge until it is ready for use.

Each injection will be 20 units on your insulin syringe (2IUs). You'll simply withdraw this amount and find a spot under the belly button...gently squeeze the skin and inject right into the skin/fat fold...although GH injections are painless and easy, I still would advocate rotating them from side to side on your belly with each injection.

thanks man! just what i needed! what if I dont have a 25g syringe? Can I use my 29g one? its equal to 1ml, id be injecting 100 units plus 80 units correct?
