Killer behind the head have u don't side raises but incline on bench one shoulder up the bench as if ur lying down and raise from there fighting more gravity just a diff angle. Great pump
in english please. Sounds interesting though...

I've tried these before when I worked out with a buddy whose a competitive bodybuilder. He would pause just before the bottom for a second, pause halfway up for a second, and pause at the top for a second. Not really my cup of tea, but I think for only 12 rep sets i was only using 20's. lol. I felt like a girl.
 
My split is Mon upper tue lower Thurs pull Fri push and sat lower 6-lifts and 3-7 sets. Wed and sun I have off or low intensity cardio and core.
