sets / reps for new routine

Putting a new routine together and wanted guidance on how many sets / reps for each exercise. Putting on muscle mass is my main goal.

I will be doing a push/pull routine since I'm dealing with a knee issue and going to PT.

Push
Incline barbell press
Seated dumbbell shoulder press
dumbbell lateral raises
tricep dips (weighted)
overhead dumbbell extension

Pull
Bent over barbell rows
Pull-ups (weighted)
Facepulls
Dumbbell preacher curls
Hammer curls
