hey guys, so i have a very weak core, and i started focusing on training it 2-3 times a week.
so curious to know your secrets

None really.. just keep your core tight as up lift or squat. If you have to drop weights to focus on your core... so be it! If have to work on my core it's 10-15minutes for 1 or 2 days and high volume (15-20 reps)
 
IMG_2782.GIF IMG_2781.GIF Too many to choose from...one I love for the old cheese graders uses cables with regular one hand grips. Position myself on a Swiss ball at a certain distance away from the cable machine for constant tension, and start doing sit-ups with the added resistance. I tweak it a bit for my own comfort.
 
Weighted planks, I usually put a plate on my back and hold it for about a minute. You wanna thightin up your core and squeeze the glutes. Don't forget to breath.
