Hey guys. So im getting ready to compete this year, ive already began my dieting (Jan 2nd) for my upcoming shows. Ive been competing for 5 years now. 3 natural, 2 unnatural.
I have 2 national shows i am planning on competing in.
1st show : July 29 2017
2nd show : Oct 21 2017
I am planning on taking Test prop and Winny at 6 weeks out from first show (pulling injectables 1 week out) total of 6 week cycle :
Week 1 : 100 mg Test Prop EOD + 50 mg winny ED + .5 mg Arimidex EOD
Week 2 : 150 mg Test Prop EOD + 50 mg winny ED + .5 mg Arimidex EOD
Week 3 : 150 mg Test Prop EOD + 50 mg winny ED + .5 mg Arimidex EOD
Week 4 : 150 mg Test Prop EOD + 50 mg winny ED + .5 mg Arimidex EOD
Week 5 : 100 mg Test Prop EOD + 50 mg winny ED + .5 mg Arimidex EOD
Week 6 : 50 mg winny ED + .5 Arimidex EOD
I am planning on doing the same cycle for both shows given i have enough time to hop off.
Questions.
1) What would be the best PCT protocol for this type of cycle?
2) I have 12 weeks in between shows. Should i do a PCT or some type of bridging in between? I was thinking since i have the 12 weeks off, i could do 6 weeks PCT and then the same cycle listed above for the next 6 weeks until show time and PCT again after my last show.
3) Is there anything else im missing or should add?
Both shows are pro card qualifying shows so i want to do both as safely as i can.
NOTE ** I compete in Mens Physique so im not trying to be 220+ bodybuilder**
