For the past few days ive been running into shortness of breath. Its not extreme or anything but noticeable.
Historically, rapid weight gain has given me this issue. Certain things that put weight on me very rapidly such as Dianabol or MK-677 have given me this issue in the past. But im not on anything right now nor lately.
I am also very active regarding cardio related activities. I jog almost everyday, i swim almost everyday, im a very active person, i also have pretty low bodyfat.
Whats going on? I have not gained a ton of weight recently, so im not sure why its happening. My oxygen saturation is around 98 and my heart rate is pretty normal.
Wondering if this could maybe be a blood issue? Thinking i should run bloods, ive never had a phlebotomy (unless blood work counts as one). Last time i ran bloods like 5 years ago my hematocrit was slighty above top end of range but everything else was normal. My doc who got me the blood work suggested i should consider getting a phlebotomy to help drop my hematocrit. I never did. To note at the time i was not having any issues.
Whats your guys thoughts? Think this is blood related? Will a phlebotomy make a difference?
