shots every 5 th day

I do E5D. It works well for me, but others do better with 2x/week or E3D. I encourage you to experiment to find what works best for you -- there's definitely no one-size-fits-all with this stuff.

I'm no pro by far but I'll share my experience.

First time to see doc my tt was low 200's (300 to 1000), ft was .3 (.7 to 1) e was 40ish (anything >55 being high).

He put me on IM t cyp of 100mg once a week...............six weeks later test showed tt was 502 (300 to 1000), ft was .7 (.7 to 1) and e was 31.............I felt some better but still had most of the symptoms that carried me to doc in first place so he did what most docs dont do and went on how I felt and not just my numbers.............He then bumped my t dose from 100mg ew to 150mg ew..............

next blood test showed tt 800..........ft was .9.............e was 35............at that point i was feeling alot better but still had some problems so he again bumped my dose from 150 to 240mgs once a week............

six weeks later blood test showed 1200 (300 to 1000).........ft was 2.1 (.7 to 1).........lol......but e was freaking 89.

To my suprize my doc did'nt drop my t dose. He proposed that I split the dose up by taking 120mgs every four days.....................

next blood test shocked me...........my total was even higher.........1390 (300 to 1000)..............ft was 2.4 (.7 to 1) and my E went down from 89 to 48 by just spliting the shots up.

Even though my e fell alot he still felt like I needed arimidex and put me on 1/4 pill every fours days........

Next lab showed tt 1425.........ft 2.6...........e was 19.............

I told my doc that I was feeling the best I had felt since my early twenties and he said......."done deal, we will leave it there and see what happens".

I've been on that dosage of t cyp/dex for over six months and I'm still feeling great and my sex drive is through the freaking roof at all times. Wife loves it.

The only problem I've had is I'm very lean every where except my mid-section (I actually started another thread on this).

From another members advice on here I'm gonna cut all fat from diet except what I get through fish and supps for 3,6 and 9 fats. The other memeber said I did'nt need all the fat I did before since my body is'nt making my t. He did say how ever that I did need some......thus the reason to add the 3,6 and 9 omega fats.
