I know it's very bad for heart and in general for body to train when u have the flu...what about Sust induced flu?

Is it really flu or simply symptoms? Thing is, some people on this board had sust flu for 4 weeks!! what a waste! you can't train then?

I realy don't think that test flu can last that long. When I get it, it usualy last any where from 4 to 10 hours. And when you do have it, take some nyquil and puff its gone.

I'm with qqqq, if someone is sick for 4 weeks I doubt it is from the test(unless the gear is dirty or something). If your sure that is what you have I say treat the symptoms and if you have the energy train(maybe just lighten up a little). I train all the time when I have colds and stuff, it's never hurt me.
