Should @cdnguy be temporarily banned from Meso?

I've been in talks with some other vets, and there's a general consensus that a temporary ban (30 days) may give @CdnGuy time to sort out his mental issues.

I thought he was banned for threatening remarks?

Edit- the next best thing is to place CDN on ignore. I have done so as of tonight, I can already tell it's the best decision I've made since joining Meso. It's... It's so beautiful.
