Should I be very concerned....

I got blood work done during my 8th week on cycle. I am kind of wishing I had gotten a more thorough test. I was trying to save money and found this link in a pinned thread about blood work and it was only $75 total.

Anyway...my hemocrit is just 1 over the suggested range. I did a mild workout earlier in the day if that could effect things. My wife thought I shouldn't be concerned but seeing that hemocrit can effect blood clotting I figured I would see if anyone had seen a doctor for a similar situation.

My full test is linked below.

I think its pretty much been covered in the responses given. I wouldn't be concerned unless you are significantly higher than the top end of normal.

Like it has already been said too, you can donate blood.

If you do donate blood, however, you may want to check up on your iron levels a few months after and make sure they aren't depleted. Some people do not recover their iron levels easily after giving blood and they need iron supplementation.
