should i go to to the gym today? help quick please.

I should be starting week two of deloading of the 5x5 today but I have just started working as a valet the last two days and spent about 6hours last night and 6 hours today sprinting and parking cars. Some parts of my legs are sore as hell, as I have only been swimming for cardio. (good for the back) should I go lift? It is just the 3x3, i might just have t o suck it up and go.

Just rest today and go tomorrow. Whats the big deal? As long as your given at least a day rest between each training day.
 
Little bit late of an anwswer, but I don't see where lifting would have hurt you. If you didnt', not big deal, either. A day or two difference won't "ruin" the program or anyting.....I don't think. ;)
