I am huge fan of the 5x5 and have been doing it for a couple years now. I have noticed recently that my elbows and knees have developed a bit of a grinding and click when I bench and OLY squat. It happens at the bottom of the motion in both cases. I take glucosamine and fish oil daily. It doesnt hurt, and oddly enough it seems to be worse when i am warming up with light weight. any thoughts?
