ok peeps im new here, im been training under a year and have built a fairly decent body, decent that the shape 6pac chest can be noticed....im only 19 and havent used any nutrition....however i require one advice ......
Shoulder excercises...i want my shoulders to really blow up and get nicely cut...
any takers who can advice me the most effective excerises...
also my diet i havent been on any sort of diet mind you i do llook out for food high in protein and carbs....
however one problem im in oxford at uni and i cant really cook...so please could you advice me on some easy or ready made foods. i dont like those protein shakes...err
mind you what is the recipe to the drink where u put milk and eggs?....
sorry for so many questions im still young with plenty more to learn
