shoulder horns

Anyone has some experience with shoulder horns, particularly as a rehab tool? Would love to learn more before dropping 60 bucks on that thing.

Well worth the sixty bucks.. If you have any kind of shoulder problems doing prehab work with a shoulder horn will go a long way toward preventing pain and injury!

But if you're cheap, sit sideways next to a preacher bench and lean your arm over it.
