Currently in prep for my first physique show I figured I would make a log.
Stats: 195.4lbs bf 11-12% 5'10

Cycle: weeks 1-6 test e 500mg
Weeks 7-12 test p 100 Eod
Tren A weeks 5-12 100Eod
Have anavar laying around might throw 3 weeks at the end of 50/day
Caber: .25 2x a week
Adex: .5 eod
Pct: weeks 13-17 Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid: 50/50/25/25
All pharmacy grade pct products.

Diet: currently at 3000cal 214p/387c/67f tapering down as I go.

Training: Push/Pull/Legs/rest
abs on leg days
Cardio 3x a week 20minutes

Current lifts:
Bench 315
Deadlift 515
squat 365 ass to grass

Let me know if I missed anything.
 
Today was pull, can't wait to start the cycle in a week.

Underhand Bb rows: 135x10 185x10 225x6 225x4

Pull-ups: 4x12 wide grip

Behind the neck lay pulldown 4x10

Cable row 4x12

Inclune dumbell curls 3x12 superset
Hammer curls 3x12
 
Down to 2700 cals wasn't losing at the rate desired.

Legs:
Squats: 315 5x2
Leg extension: 4x15
Hammy curl: 4x12
Calf raises: 4x20
Walking lunges: 3x15 per leg

Abs: leg raises keeping the body straight and legs straight touching the top of the bar 3x8

Weighted sit-ups: 3x10

Strength feels fine still can't wait to pin Saturday. Weights down to 194 going for about 1-2lbs per week.

Okay I'll post was waiting another couple days and if you don't believe me look at my last log when I bulked over the summer there's plenty of pics throughout that. I'll post one tomorrow. Finals week is a busy time

Inclune Bb: warm ups, 225x6 225x5 185x10 dropset 135xexhaust

Dip machine leaning forward for chest: 4x12

Underhand ez bar press: 4x10

Standing BB press: 95x6 135x6 135x3 95x6

Lateral raises: 4x15

Rope pulls: 3x12

Rope downs superset rope overhead: 3x12x12

Feeling weak and tired. I had 20mins of light cardio just burned 200cals on elliptical. But weak and tired from late night studying probably
 
Also quick question for any tren vets, I know you can't gain muscle on a cut but does that change on tren? Or at least make it so there is no loss?

Behind the head smith machine:4x10
lateral raise superset with reverse fly 3x12x12

Tricpes:
Wobble bar close grip press 4x10
rope downs 3x12
 
Some business things got in the way of me starting the cycle this weekend. I am pinning 300mg test e along with .5mg Adex tomorrow

Weight at 188.6

Legs today wa bad. I hurt my knee front squatting had to stop going to let it heal

I used to do a 5 day split of chest/back/rest/shoulders/arms/legs/rest but I just recently changed it. And I do few sets because they are already fatigued from doing a major muscle group before then I train them again in 4 days. It seems like it's been working I feel like I have decent proportion. What do you think?
