Started PCT this morning. 100clomid 40nolva.

Almost puked from over eating. The bloat is real today.

Don't forget to give adequate rest after show. I fucked my shoulder up from cutting water then training the day after the show. My joints were dry af and started messing things up. A lot of competitors take 3-4 days off

I took yesterday off was going to do some light chest triceps today
 
Looking good. Wide chest and good separation between shoulders and arms.

Just start bringin up you're obliques and you'll do well
 
Congratulations. I've never chimed in here because I don't know much about physique/BB, but I check out some BB logs here that go into detail about training every now and then. Stepping up on a stage or a platform and having all your hard work pay off is an amazing feeling. Good luck at nationals!
