Shred the Tri's

Bros, I'm looking for a couple of exercises to define my triceps more. I have the bulk but am looking for more shred now.

I am currently doing close grips bench, skull crushers and tricep pushdowns. Size and power is there but don't have the great definition.

I have good results using the drop down method with a real burner at the end.

You do tri pushdowns and start at your normal weight then drop 20lbs..all the way down.

This really gives me nice definition.

May try dropping either skullcrushers or close grip bench and throw in 2 other exercises.Try french curls and various grips with pushdowns(try an underhand grip) and like what was said above...do some drop sets.

Thanks for the advice and pats too. I'll try it and let you know how it goes.
 
Diet and cardio are the only defining exercises for triceps you can do. You can do all the kickbacks you want, but if you have a layer of fat covering the triceps, they still will be fat.

I understand that but I think he was looking for and exersise. I would hope most guys on this board know that a low BMI makes you look defined but then again.

Its like when I shave my bush to make my Johnson more defined :p
